Incorporated in 2002, Pinfosys is a plantation technology pioneer, who continuously helps clients across the region manage their daily workflow with automated solutions which are affordable, profitable and scalable.
At Pinfosys, we work closely with our customers to ensure their satisfaction. Our suite of products are flexible and currently provide solutions for clients producing a variety of crop, including but not limited to; palm oil, rubber, tea, pineapple, coconut and durian.
We have migrated from our on-premise Pinfosys system to a cloud based solution, namely PinfoCloud, which is currently being used by some of our clients.
The system is E-invoicing ready and in compliance with the newly introduced Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri (LHDN) requirements.

We also have a dedicated team of support staff who help users solve issues as and when they arise. Our maintenance and support record has been, and continues to be, consistent.

As of 2023, PinfoCloud, our cloud-based solution has gone live in a number of estates.

all existing clients to move into the cloud based system.
As we are focused in developing Plantation Information Systems, we are continuously enhancing our packages with new features which will be shared with all our clients
Currently there are over 350 estates and 50 mills in Malaysia, and across the region (including Indonesia, Papua New Guinea, Cambodia & Myanmar) using PINFOSYS solutions.
